automaticallyshiftdowndepending
onvehiclespeed.
Whendepressingtheaccelerator
fully,thetransmissionwillshifttoa
lowergear,dependingonvehicle
speed(ExceptM2→M1).
Secondgearfixedmode
Whentheshiftleveristappedback(
whilethevehicleisstopped,the
transmissionissetinthesecondgear
)
WARNING
fixedmode.Thegearisfixedinsecond
whileinthismodeforeasierstartingand
drivingonslipperyroads.Iftheshiftlever
istappedback( )orforward( )while
inthesecondgearfixedmode,themode
willbecanceled.
Donotuseenginebrakingonslippery
roadsurfacesorathighspeeds:
Shiftingdownwhiledrivingonwet,
snowy,orfrozenroads,orwhile
drivingathighspeedscausessudden
enginebraking,whichisdangerous.
Thesuddenchangeintirespeedcould
causethetirestoskid.Thiscouldlead
tolossofvehiclecontrolandan
accident.
Keepyourhandsonthesteeringwheel
rimwhenusingfingersorthumbson
thesteeringshiftswitches:
Puttingyourhandsinsidetherimof
thesteeringwheelwhenusingthe
steeringshiftswitchesisdangerous.If
thedriverairbagweretodeployina
collision,yourhandscouldbe
impactedcausinginjury.
