PERIMETER ALARM SYSTEM (IF EQUIPPED)
Theperimeteranti-theftsystemwillhelpprotectyourvehiclefrom
unauthorizedentry.
Ifthereisanypotentialperimeteranti-theftproblemwithyourvehicle,
ensureALLIntegratedKeyheadTransmittersarebroughttothe
authorizeddealertoaidintroubleshooting.
Arming the system
Whenarmed,thissystemwillrespondifunauthorizedentryis
attempted.Whenunauthorizedentryoccurs,thesystemwillflashthe
turnsignallampsandwillsoundthehorn.
Thesystemisreadytoarmwheneverthekeyisintheoffposition,oris
removedfromtheignition.Eitherofthefollowingactionswillprearmthe
alarmsystem:

remoteentrytransmitterportionofyourIKT,thehornwillchirponce
toletyouknowthatalldoors,thehoodandthetrunkareclosed.If
anyofthesearenotclosed,thehornwillchirptwicetowarnyouthat
adoor,thehoodorthetrunkisstillopen.

Pressthedriverorpassenger
interiordoorlockcontrolwhile
thedoorisopen,thenclosethe
door.
