includedwiththesafetyseatyou
putinyourvehicle.Ifyoudonot
installandusethesafetyseat
properly,thechildmaybeinjured
inasuddenstoporcollision.
Airbagscankillorinjureachildinachildseat.NEVERplacea
rear-facingchildseatinfrontofanactiveairbag.Ifyoumustusea
forward-facingchildseatinthefrontseat,movethevehicleseatallthe
wayback.
Children12andundershouldbeproperlyrestrainedinarearseating
positionwheneverpossible.Ifallchildrencannotbeseatedand
restrainedproperlyinarearseatingposition,properlyrestrainthe
largestchildinthefrontseat.

Checktomakesurethechildseatisproperlysecuredbeforeeachuse.

Usethecorrectsafetybeltbuckleforthatseatingposition.
Insertthebelttongueintotheproperbuckleuntilyouhearasnap
andfeelitlatch.Makesurethetongueissecurelyfastenedinthe
buckle.

Keepthebucklereleasebuttonpointingupandawayfromthesafety
seat,withthetonguebetweenthechildseatandthereleasebutton,
tohelppreventaccidentalunbuckling.
