releasetheSLIDEcontrol,themoon
roofwillopenautomatically.Press
theswitchagaintostopthemoon
roof.
WARNING:Whenclosingthemoonroof,youshouldverifythat
itisfreeofobstructionsandensurethatchildrenand/orpetsare
notintheproximityofthemoonroofopening.
Toclosethemoonroof:PullandreleasetheSLIDEcontrol,themoon
roofwillcloseautomatically.Presstheswitchagaintostopthemoon
roof.
Bounce-back:Whenanobstaclehasbeendetectedinthemoonroof
openingasthemoonroofisclosing,themoonroofwillautomatically
openandstopataprescribedposition.
Bounce-backoverride:Tooverridebounce-backfunction,pullandhold
theSLIDEswitchwithintwosecondsofabounce-backevent.The
closingforcewillbegintoincreaseeachtimethemoonroofisclosedfor
thefirstthreeclosingcycles,withbounce-backactive.Forexample:
Bounce-backcanbeusedtoovercometheresistanceoficeonthemoon
rooforseals
Toventthemoonroof:PressandreleasetheTILTcontrol,themoon
roofwillmovetotheventpositionautomaticallyfromanymoonroof
position.Presstheswitchagaintostopthemoonroof.Pullandholdthe
TILTcontroltoclosethemoonroof.
Themoonroofhasabuilt-inslidingshadethatcanbemanuallyopened
orclosedwhentheglasspanelisshut.Toclosetheshade,pullittoward
thefrontofthevehicle.
