Bounce-back (driver’s window only)
Whenanobstaclehasbeendetectedinthewindowopeningasthe
windowismovingupward,thewindowwillautomaticallyreverse
directionandmovedown.Thisisknownas“bounce-back”.Iftheignition
isturnedoff(withoutaccessorydelaybeingactive)duringbounce-back,
thewindowwillmovedownuntilthebounce-backpositionisreached.
Security override
Tooverrideabounce-backcondition,withintwosecondsafterthe
windowreachesthebounce-backposition,pullandholdtheswitchup
andthewindowwilltravelupwithnobounce-backorpinch
protection.Iftheswitchisreleasedbeforethewindowisfullyclosed,
thewindowwillstop.Forexample,thiscanbeusedtoovercomethe
resistanceoficeonthewindoworseals.
Window lock
Thewindowlockfeatureallowsonly
thedrivertooperatethepower
windows.
Tolockoutallthewindowcontrols
(exceptforthedriver’s)pressthe
rightsideofthecontrol.Pressthe
leftsidetorestorethewindow
controls.
Accessory delay
Withaccessorydelay,theradio,powerwindows,andmoonroof(if
equipped)operateforupto10minutesaftertheignitionswitchis
turnedfromontoofforuntiloneofthefrontdoorsareopened.
INTERIOR MIRROR
Theinteriorrearviewmirrorhastwopivotpointsonthesupportarm
whichletsyouadjustthemirrorupordownandfromsidetoside.
WARNING:Donotadjustthemirrorwhilethevehicleisin
motion.
