Replacing lost transmitters
•
Takeallyourvehicle’s
transmitterstoyourdealerif
serviceisrequired.
•
Ifyoupurchaseadditional
transmitters(uptofourmaybe
programmedintomemory),
performthefollowingprocedure.
Toreprogramthetransmittersyourself,placethekeyintheignitionand
turnfrom2(LOCK)to3(OFF)andcyclebetween3(OFF)and4(ON)
eighttimesinrapidsuccession(within10seconds)endingintheON
position.Afterdoorslock/unlock,pressanycontrolonalltransmitters
(uptofour).Witheachcontrolpressofthetransmitters,thedoorshould
cycle(lock/unlock)toconfirmprogramming.Whencompleted,turnthe
ignitiontoOFF.Thedoorlocksshouldcycle(lock/unlock)onelasttime
toconfirmcompletionofprogramming.
Alltransmittersmustbeprogrammedatthesametime.
Illuminated entry
Theinteriorlampsilluminatewhentheremoteentrysystemisusedto
unlockthedoor(s)orsoundthepersonalalarm.
Thesystemautomaticallyturnsoffafter25secondsorwhentheignition
isturnedtotheRUNorACCposition.Thedomelampcontrol(if
equipped)mustnotbesettotheOFFpositionfortheilluminatedentry
systemtooperate.
Theinsidelightswillnotturnoffif:

anydoorisopen.
