GETTING THE SERVICES YOU NEED
At home
FordMotorCompanyandFordofCanadahaveauthorizeddealershipsto
serviceyourvehicle.Itispreferredthatyoureturntotheauthorized
dealerwhereyourvehiclewaspurchasedwhenwarrantyrepairsare
needed.However,youmayalsotakeyourvehicletoanotherFordMotor
CompanyorFordofCanadadealershipauthorizedforwarrantyrepairs.
Certainwarrantyrepairsrequirespecialtrainingthough,sonotall
dealersareauthorizedtoperformallwarrantyrepairs.Thatmeansthat
dependingonthewarrantyrepairneeded,thevehiclemayneedtobe
takentoanotherdealer.Ifaparticulardealershipcannotassistyou,then
contacttheCustomerRelationshipCenter.
Ifyouhavequestionsorconcerns,orareunsatisfiedwiththeserviceyou
arereceiving,followthesesteps:

ContactyourSalesRepresentativeorServiceAdvisoratyour
selling/servicingdealership.
2.
Ifyourinquiryorconcernremainsunresolved,contacttheSales
ManagerorServiceManageratthedealership.
3.
Iftheinquiryorconcerncannotberesolvedatthedealershiplevel,
pleasecontacttheFordCustomerRelationshipCenter.
Away from home
IfyouownaFordorMercuryvehicleandareawayfromhomewhen
yourvehicleneedsservice,orifyouneedmorehelpthanthedealership
couldprovide,afterfollowingthestepsdescribedabove,contactthe
FordCustomerRelationshipCentertofindanauthorizeddealershipto
helpyou.
