Thiscontinuesuntilyoudeactivate
folderrandombypressingtheRDM
buttonagain,orbyselectinga
F-SCAN(FOLDERSCAN)－This
feature,whenactivated,samplesthe
firstfileofeachfolderonthedisc.
Toactivatefolderscan,pressthe
SCANbuttontwice.Youwillsee
F-SCANinthedisplay.
Totakethesystemoutofdiscmode,
presstheAM/FMbutton,orinserta
tapeinthetapeplayer.Toreturnto
discmode,presstheDISC/TAPE
button.
Ifyouturnthesystemoffwhilea
discisplaying,eitherwiththe
power/volumeknoborbyturning
offtheignitionswitch,thediscwill
stayinthedrive.Whenyouturnthe
systembackon,thediscwillbegin
playingwhereitleftoff.
Thesystemplaysthefirstfileinthe
firstfolderforabout10seconds.If
youdonothing,thesystemwillthen
differentfolderwiththeTUNEknob. playthefirstfilesintheremaining
foldersfor10secondseach.After
SCAN(TRACK/FILESCAN)－
Thescanfunctionsamplesalltracks
(filesinMP3orWMA)onthediscin
theordertheyarerecordedonthe
disc.Toactivatescan,pressthe
SCANbutton.InMP3orWMA
mode,presstheSCANbuttonto
selectSCAN.YouwillseeSCANin
thedisplay.Youwillgeta10second
samplingofeachtrack/fileonthe
disc.PresstheSCANbuttonagainto
getoutofscanmodeandplaythe
lasttrack/filesampled.
playingthefirstfileofthelastfolder,
thesystemplaysnormally.
Toturnfolderscanoff,presseither
SEEKbutton,selectadifferent
folderwiththeTUNEknob,orpress
theSCANbutton.
