When calling a number with your UConnect system
that normally requires you to enter in a touch-tone
sequenceonyourcellularphonekeypad,youcanpress
theVOICERECOGNITIONbuttonandsaythesequence
you wish to enter, followed by the word ЉSend.Љ For
example, if required to enter your PIN followed with a
pound,(3746#),youcanpresstheVOICERECOGNI-
TIONbuttonandsay,Љ3746#Send.ЉSayinganumber,
orsequenceofnumbers,followedbyЉSend,Љisalsotobe
used for navigating through an automated customer
servicecentermenustructure,andtoleaveanumberon
apager.

Systems.Љ Paging works properly except for pagers of
certain companies, which time out a little too soon to
workproperlywiththeUConnectsystem.

Thismethodisusedininstanceswhereonegenerallyhas
to press numbers on the cellular phone keypad while

entries.Tousethisfeature,dialthenumberyouwishto
call and then press the VOICE RECOGNITION button
andsay,“Send.”Thesystemwillpromptyoutoenterthe
name or number and say the name of the phonebook

mail system or an automated service, such as a paging
service or automated customer service line. Some ser-
vices require immediate response selection. In some
