thenameofthepersonyouwanttocall.Forexample,
you can say ЉJohn Doe,Љ where John Doe is a previ-
ouslystorednameentryintheUConnectphonebook
or downloaded phonebook. To learn how to store a
nameinthephonebook,refertoЉAddNamestoYour
UConnectPhonebook,Љinthephonebook.

When prompted, enter the number designation (e.g.,
ЉHome,ЉЉWork,ЉЉMobile,ЉorЉPagerЉ).Thiswillallow
you to store multiple numbers for each phonebook
entry,ifdesired.
•
The UConnect system will confirm the name and
then dial the corresponding phone number, which
mayappearinthedisplayofcertainradios.
•
When prompted, recite the phone number for the
phonebookentrythatyouareadding.
AddNamestoYourUConnectPhonebook
After you are finished adding an entry into the phone-
book, you will be given the opportunity to add more
phone numbers to the current entry or to return to the
mainmenu.
NOTE: AddingnamestotheUConnectphonebookis
recommendedwhenthevehicleisnotinmotion.
