Operation Instructions - Auxiliary Mode
When a medium containing MP3 data is loaded, the
radio checks all files on the medium. If the medium
containsalotoffoldersorfiles,theradiowilltakemore
timetostartplayingtheMP3files.
The auxiliary (AUX) jack is an audio input jack, which
allowstheusertopluginaportabledevice,suchasan
MP3 player, or cassette player, and utilize the vehicle’s
audiosystemtoamplifythesourceandplaythroughthe
vehiclespeakers.
LoadingtimesforplaybackofMP3filesmaybeaffected
bythefollowing:

Media - CD-RW media may take longer to load than
CD-Rmedia
NOTE:
The AUX device must be turned on and the
device’svolumesettoproperlevel.IftheAUXaudiois
notloudenough,turnthedevice’svolumeup.IftheAUX
audiosoundsdistorted,turnthedevice’svolumedown.

Pressthisbuttontochangethedisplaytotimeofday.The
timeofdaywilldisplayforfiveseconds(whenignitionis
OFF).
Toincreasethespeedofdiscloading,itisrecommended
touseCD-Rmediaandsingle-sessiondiscs.Tocreatea
single-session disc, enable the “Disc at Once” option
beforewritingtothedisc.
