and unpredictable braking action. Dry the brakes by
gentle,intermittentpedalactionwhiledrivingatvery
slowspeeds.
Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS)
Thissystemaidsthedriverinmaintainingvehiclecontrol
under adverse braking conditions. The system controls
hydraulic brake pressure to prevent wheel lock-up to
helpavoidskiddingonslipperysurfacesduringbraking.

ELECTRONIC BRAKE CONTROL SYSTEM
Your vehicle is equipped with an advanced electronic
brakecontrolsystemcommonlyreferredtoasESP.This
systemincludesAnti-LockBrakeSystem(ABS),Traction
Control System (TCS), Brake Assist System (BAS), Hill
StartAssist(HSA),ElectronicRollMitigation(ERM),and
Electronic Stability Program (ESP). These systems work
togethertoenhancebothvehiclestabilityandcontrolin
variousdrivingconditions.
