To reduce potential for engine and transmission over-
heating,takethefollowingactions:
The transfer case must be shifted into NEUTRAL for
recreational towing. The NEUTRAL selection button is
locatedatthetopofthe4WDControlSwitch.Shiftsinto
and out of transfer case NEUTRALcan take place with
theselectorswitchinanymodeposition.

CityDriving
Whenstoppedforshortperiodsoftime,puttransmission
inNEUTRALandincreaseengineidlespeed.

HighwayDriving
Reducespeed.
