seatbacklocksintoplaceand
theredseatunlatchedindicator
onreleasepaddleisnotvisible.
2.
Rotateseatcushiondowninto
theseatingpositionmakingsure
thattheseatcushionislocked
intoplaceandthattheseatbelt
bucklesareexposed.
WARNING:Makesureseat
beltbuckleheadsare
throughelasticholdersonseat
backs.Seatbeltbucklesmay
breakiftheyaretrapped
underneaththeseatbackasthe
seatbackisrotateddown.
WARNING:Beforereturningtheseatbacktoitsoriginal
position,makesurethatcargooranyobjectsarenottrapped
behindtheseatback.Afterreturningtheseatbacktoitsoriginal
position,reinstalltheheadrestraints,andpullontheseatbackto
ensurethatithasfullylatched.Anunlatchedseatmaybecome
dangerousintheeventofasuddenstoporcollision.
3.
Unsnaptheseatbeltwebbingfromthequartertrimpanel.
