itsrepresentativeisunabletorepairanewmotorvehicletoconform
tothevehicle’sapplicableexpresswarrantyafterareasonable
numberofattempts,MAZDAmayberequiredtoreplaceor
repurchasethevehicle.CaliforniaCivilCodeSection1793.22(b)
createsapresumptionthatMAZDAhashadareasonablenumberof
attemptstoconformthevehicletoitsapplicableexpresswarranties
if,within18monthsfromdeliverytothebuyeror18,000mileson
thevehicle’sodometer,whicheveroccursfirst,oneormoreofthe
followingoccurs:

thatsubstantiallyimpairstheuse,valueorsafetyofthevehicle]
