computers,portableradios,vehiclenavigationorotherdevices

numberonacellphonewhiledrivingalsoties-upthedriver’shands.
Useofthesedeviceswillcausethedrivertobedistractedandcould
leadtoaseriousaccident.Ifapassengerisunabletousethedevice,
pullofftheright-of-waytoasafeareabeforeuse.Ifuseofacellphone
