Thereadinesslightwillnotilluminateimmediatelyafterignitionis
turnedon.
Aseriesoffivebeepsoundswillbeheard.Thetonepatternwill
repeatperiodicallyuntiltheproblemandlightarerepaired.
Ifanyofthesethingshappen,evenintermittently,havetheSRSserviced
atyourauthorizedMazdadealershipimmediately.Unlessserviced,the
systemmaynotfunctionproperlyintheeventofacollision.

Thesystemautomaticallyflashestheturnsignallampsandsoundsthe
hornthreetimesatfoursecondintervalsintheeventofaseriousimpact
thatdeploysanairbag(front,side,sidecurtainorSafetyCanopy )or
theseatbeltpretensioners.
Thesystemcanbeturnedoffwhenanyoneofthefollowingactionsare
takenbythedriveroranyotherperson:

pressingthehazardcontrolbutton,
orpressingthepanicbuttonontheremoteentrytransmitter.
Thefeaturewillcontinuetooperateuntilthevehiclerunsoutofpower.
Disposal of airbags and airbag equipped vehicles
Fordisposalofseatbeltpretensioners,airbags,orairbagequipped
vehicles,seeyourauthorizedMazdadealership.AirbagsMUSTBE
disposedofbyqualifiedpersonnel.
WARNING:Disposingofanairbagcanbedangerous.Unlessall
safetyproceduresarefollowed,injurycanresult.Askan
AuthorizedMazdadealerhowtosafelydisposeofanairbagorhowto
scrapanairbagequippedvehicle.
