Toopentheliftgatewindow,
unlocktheliftgate(withthe
powerdoorlocksortheremote
entry)andpresstherightside
controlbuttonlocatedunderthe
licenseplatelampshield.
•
Toopentheliftgate,unlockthe
liftgate(withthepowerdoor
locksortheremoteentry)and
pressthemiddlecontrolbutton
locatedbelowthelicenseplate.
Tolocktheliftgateandtheliftgatewindow,usethepowerdoorlocks.
Donotopentheliftgateorliftgatewindowinagarageorotherenclosed
areawithalowceiling.Iftheliftgatewindowisraisedandtheliftgateis
alsoopened,bothliftgateandwindowcouldbedamagedagainstalow
ceiling.
Donotleavetheliftgateorliftgatewindowopenwhiledriving.Doingso
couldcauseseriousdamagetotheliftgateanditscomponentsaswellas
allowingcarbonmonoxidetoenterthevehicle.
WARNING:Makesurethattheliftgatedoorand/orwindoware
closedtopreventexhaustfumesfrombeingdrawnintothe
vehicle.Exhaustfumescontaincarbonmonoxidewhichcaninjureyour
lungsandcausedrowsinessandevendeath.Thiswillalsoprevent
passengersandcargofromfallingout.Ifyoumustdrivewiththe
liftgatedoororwindowopen,keeptheventsopensooutsideaircomes
intothevehicle.
