WARNING:Snowtiresmustbethesamesize,loadindex,speed
ratingasthoseoriginallyprovidedbyMazda.Useofanytireor
wheelnotrecommendedbyMazdacanaffectthesafetyand
performanceofyourvehicle,whichcouldresultinanincreasedriskof
lossofvehiclecontrol,vehiclerollover,personalinjuryanddeath.
Additionally,theuseofnon-recommendedtiresandwheelscould
causesteering,suspension,axleortransfercase/powertransferunit
failure.
Thetiresonyourvehiclehaveall-weathertreadstoprovidetractionin
rainandsnow.However,insomeclimates,usingsnowtiresandtraction
devicesmaybenecessary.Ifyouneedtousesnowtiresandcables,itis
recommendedthatsteelwheelsareusedofthesamesizeand
specificationasthoseoriginallyinstalled.
Followtheseguidelineswhenusingsnowtiresandtractiondevices:

SAEclass“S”cablesshouldONLYbeusedonthefrontaxlefor
P235/70R16tires.
Installcablessecurely,verifyingthatthecablesdonottouchany
wiring,brakelinesorfuellines.
Drivecautiously.Ifyouhearthecablesruborbangagainstthe
vehicle,stopandretightenthem.Ifthisdoesnotwork,remove
thecablestopreventvehicledamage.

Avoidoverloadingyourvehicle.
Removethecableswhentheyarenolongerneeded.
Donotusecablesondryroads.
Thesuspensioninsulationandbumperswillhelppreventvehicle
damage.Donotremovethesecomponentsfromthevehiclewhen
