YouraudiounitisequippedwithRDS,which
enablestheaudiounittoreceiveadditional
informationwiththenormalradiosignals.
Whenthesearchiscomplete,theprevious
volumelevelwillberestored.Theradiowill
switchtotheFM-ASTorAM-ASTwaveband
wherethestrongestsignalstationshavebeen
storedontheAutostorepresets.
OntheFMwaveband,RDSenablestheaudioto
receivetrafficandnewsinformation
broadcasts.RDSalsoallowstheaudioto
automaticallyre-tunetostationsthatarelinked
tothesamenetwork,ifthatnetworkallows
this.
Note:AutoStorewillstoreuptoamaximumof
the10strongestsignalsavailableand
overwritethepreviouslystoredstations.
Note:NotallFMradiostationsbroadcastRDS.
Ifanon-RDSstationisselected,RDSfeatures
willnotbeavailable.
Note:TheAutoStorewavebandcanalsobe
usedtostorestationsmanually,inthesame
wayasotherwavebands.

RADIOSTATIONPRESETS
Asyoudriveintodifferentradioreception
areas,RDSautomaticallyre-tunestheradioto
thestrongestsignal.WhenREGison,thetuner
islockedtothecurrentlocalradiostation.With
REGswitchedoff,thetunerisallowedto
switchtoastrongerEnhancedOtherNetwork
(EON)whenthecurrentEONlinkedradio
stationsignalbecomesweak.
Thisfeatureallowsfavouritestationstobe
storedsothattheycanberecalledlater.
