toSinglelockthevehicle.Thehazardwarning
lampswillflashtoconfirm.Singlelocking
securesthevehicleandpreventsthedoors
frombeingopenedfromoutside.Thedoors
maystillbeunlockedandopenedfrominside
thevehicle.Inthisstate,onlytheperimeter
alarmisactivated.
Note:Thefuelfillerflapcanonlybeopened
whenthevehicleisunlocked.
FULLALARM
Whenactivated,thefullalarmwillsoundif:
Thebonnet,taildoororadoorareopened.
Movementisdetectedwithinthevehicle's
interior.
Note:Thissettingshouldbeusedin
circumstances,suchastravellingonaferry,
whenpetsaretobeleftinthevehicle,orifa
windowmustbeleftopenetc.
Awindow,frontorrearwindscreenorthe
sunroofglassarebroken.
Thevehicleisraisedortilted.
Thevehicle'sbatteryisdisconnected.
Anattemptismadetodisconnectthealarm
system.
Note:Thefuelfillerflapcanonlybeopened
whenthevehicleisunlocked.
PERIMETERALARM
Note:Inthisstate,anopenwindoworsunroof
willcausethealarmtosoundduetothe
movementofaircurrents.Forthisreason,
makesureallofthewindowsandthesunroof
arefullyclosedbeforeDoublelockingthe
vehicle.
Whenactivated,theperimeteralarmwillsound
if:
Thebonnet,taildoororadoorareopened.
Thevehicle'sbatteryisdisconnected.
Anattemptismadetodisconnectthealarm
siren.
GLOBALCLOSING
DOUBLELOCKING
Makesurenochildren,pets,or
obstructionsareinanyopenaperture
beforeoperatingglobalclosing.
Safetymechanismsareinplaceto
preventseriousinjury,however,
injuriescanstilloccur.
NeverDoublelockthevehiclewith
people,children,orpetsinside.Inthe
eventofanemergencytheywouldbe
unabletoescapeandtheemergency
serviceswouldbeunabletorelease
themquickly.
Note:Forsafetyreasons,thesunroofdoesnot
closeautomatically.Itshouldbeclosedinthe
normalwaybeforeexitingthevehicle.
Pressthelockbuttontwicebriefly,toDouble
lockthevehicle.Doublelockingsecuresthe
vehicleandpreventsthedoorsfrombeing
openedfrominsideoroutsideofthevehicle.
Thedoorscannotbeunlockedoropenedfrom
insidethevehiclewhenDoublelocked.
PressandholdthelockbuttonontheSmart
keyfor3seconds.ThevehiclewillSinglelock
andthefullalarmwillbeactivatedimmediately.
After3seconds,anyopenwindowswillbe
closed.
Thisprovidesadditionalsecurityifthevehicle
isleftunattended.Thevehiclecannotbe
openedbybreakingawindowandoperating
thedoorlocksfrominside.
