changesinwheelpositions.Thevehiclemust
bestationaryfor15minutesduringthewheel
andtyrechange,tomakesurethesystemcan
detectthechange.Afterdrivingabove25km/h
(15
mph),anydeflationwarningshouldclear
withinapproximately5minutes.
TEMPORARYUSESPAREWHEEL
ANDTYRECHANGE
Ifthetemporary-usesparewheelisfitted,the
systemwillautomaticallyrecognisethechange
inwheelpositions.Afterapproximately10
minutesofdrivingabove25km/h(15mph),
themessageFRONT[REAR]RIGHT[LEFT]
TYREPRESSURENOTMONITOREDwillbe
displayed,accompaniedbyilluminationofthe
warninglamp.
Thewarninglampwillfirstflashandthen
illuminatecontinuously.Extendeduseofthe
temporary-usesparewheelwilltriggerthe
messageTYREPRESSUREMONITORING
SYSTEMFAULT.
ThisTPMSdisplaysequencewillbeactivated
ateveryignitioncycleuntilthetemporaryspare
wheelisreplacedbyafull-sizeroadwheelwith
aTPMSsensorfitted.
Note:Ifinuse,alwaysreplacethetemporary
sparewheelbeforehavingaTPMSfault
investigated.
