theseatbeltmechanism.Any
substancewhichentersthe
mechanismmayaffectthe
performanceoftheseatbeltinan
impact.

Wipeofffinedustfromtheseatsurfaces
usingaclean,damp,non-colouredcloth.
Avoidoverwettingtheleather.

Ifthisisnotsufficient,useaclothwhich
hasbeendampenedwithwarmsoapy
waterandthenwrungout.Useonlymild
non-causticsoap.
Extendtheseatbeltsfully,thenusewarm
waterandanon-detergentsoaptoclean.Allow
theseatbeltstodrynaturallywhilefully
extended.

UseLandRoverleathercleanerforheavily
soiledareas.Dryoffandrubwithaclean
softcloth,changingsurfacesregularly.
Note:Whilecleaningtheseatbelt,takethe
opportunitytoexaminethewebbingfor
damage/wear.Anywearordamageshouldbe
reportedto,andrectifiedby,a
UseLandRoverleathercleanerseveraltimesa
yeartomaintaintheleather’ssupplenessand
appearance.Thecleanerwillnourishand
moisturiseandhelptoimprovethesurface
protectionfilmagainstdustandsubstances.

AIRBAGMODULECOVERS
Airbagcoversshouldonlybecleaned
usingaslightlydampenedclothanda
smallamountofupholsterycleaner.
Darkclothingmaystainleatherseats,just
likeotherupholsteryproducts.
Sharpobjects,suchasbelts,zippers,rivets
etc.,canleavepermanentscratchesand
scratchmarksontheleathersurface.
Unlessspillages,suchastea,coffeeorink,
arewashedawayimmediately,permanent
stainingmayhavetobeaccepted.
Donotallowtheairbagcovers,or
surroundingareas,tobecome
contaminatedwithliquids.Any
substancewhichentersthe
mechanismcanpreventcorrect
deploymentofanairbagduringan
impact.
Ifavaletserviceisused,makesurethe
specialistconcernedisawareof,andfollows,
theseinstructionsprecisely.
