thecoolantwillbeadverselyaffected.
NEVERremovethefillercapwhenthe
engineishot;escapingsteamorscalding
watercouldcauseseriouspersonalinjury.
Thecoolantlevelintheexpansiontank
shouldbecheckedatleastweekly(more
ofteninhighmileageorarduousoperating

UseONLYa50%mixofwaterandHavoline
ExtendedLifeCoolant(XLC)oranyethylene
glycolbasedanti-freeze(containingno
methanol)withonlyOrganicAcidTechnology
(OAT)corrosioninhibitors.
Unscrewthefillercapslowly,allowingthe
airpressuretoescape,beforeremoving
completely.
NEVERruntheenginewithoutcoolant.
Inanemergency(andonlyifthistypeof
anti-freezeisunavailable)top-upthecooling
systemwithcleanwater,butbeawareofthe
resultantreductioninfrostprotection.DO
NOTtop-uporrefillwithconventional
anti-freezeformulations.Ifindoubt,consulta

Takecarenottospillanti-freezeontoahot
engine,afiremayresult.
