starterkey,openingandclosingoneofthe
frontdoorsandthenlockingthevehicle.
INERTIACUT-OFFSWITCH
Thisswitchisasafetydevicethat
WARNING
automaticallyunlocksthedoorsintheevent
ofanaccidentorsuddenimpact(providedthe
starterswitchisturnedon).Inaddition,the
inertiaswitchinhibitspowertotheelectric
fuelpump,turnsofftheheatingandair
conditioningfans,andturnsonthehazard
warninglights,whichcontinueflashinguntil
eitherthestarterswitchisturnedofforthe
inertiaswitchisreset.
Alwayscheckforfuelleaksbeforeresetting
theswitch!
Theswitchislocatedbehindtheverticalpanel
intherighthandfootwell.Removethecover
byusingacointorotatetheturnbuckle
anti-clockwiseandthenprisethecoveroff.
