thekeychainthatcanbeusedto
purchasegasolineorsimilaritems,or
asecondkeyonthesamekeyringas
thePATSignitionkeymaycause
vehiclestartingconcern.Ifpresent,
youneedtokeeptheseobjectsfrom
touchingthePATSignitionkeywhile
startingtheengine.Theseobjectsand
devicescannotdamagethePATS
ignitionkey,butcancausea
momentaryconcerniftheyaretooclosetothekeyduringenginestart.Ifa
problemoccurs,turnignitionOFFandrestarttheenginewithallother
objectsonthekeyringheldawayfromtheignitionkey.Checktomakesure
theencodedignitionkeyisanapprovedFordencodedignitionkey.
