havetheoilchanged,youmust
pressandholdtheOILCHANGE
RESETcontrolforfiveseconds.The
messagecenterwillcountdownfor
fiveseconds.Afterasuccessfulreset,themessagecenterwilldisplay
OILLIFERESETTO100%.(Ifyouhaveestablishedapersonalizedoil
resetpercentage,thedisplaywillshowthatpercentageinsteadof100%.)
Thisresetprocedureshouldbeperformedonlyafteranoilchangeto
ensureaccurateoillifeindications.
Yourpersonalizedoilresetpercentageallowsyoutoestablishasmaller
oilchangeintervalthanthemanufacturer’srecommendedinterval.To
establishyourpersonalizedoilresetpercentage:

controlwhilethedisplayisstillcountingdownthefivesecondstoreset.

PressandholdtheOILCHANGERESETcontrolandpresstheRESET
