Donotusethepowerpointfor
operatingthecigarettelighter
element(ifequipped).
Topreventthefusefrombeing
blown,donotusethepower
point(s)overthevehiclecapacityof

VDC/180W.Ifthepowerpointorcigarlightersocketisnotworking,a
fusemayhaveblown.RefertoPassengerCompartmentFusePanel
andFusesandrelaysintheRoadsideEmergencieschapterforfuse
ratingsandinformationoncheckingandreplacingfuses.
Topreventthebatteryfrombeingdischarged,donotusethepower
pointlongerthannecessarywhentheengineisnotrunning.
Alwayskeepthepowerpointcapsclosedwhennotbeingused.
Cigar/Cigarettelighter(ifequipped)
Donotplugoptionalelectricalaccessoriesintothecigarettelighter
socket.
Donotholdthelighterinwithyourhandwhileitisheating,thiswill
damagethelighterelementandsocket.Thelighterwillbereleasedfrom
itsheatingpositionwhenitisreadytobeused.
Improperuseofthelightercancausedamagenotcoveredbyyour
warranty.
