indicatorlightwillilluminateonthe
instrumentcluster.Thetransmission
willoperateinallgearsexceptoverdrive.
Toreturntonormaloverdrivemode,presstheTransmissionControl
Switchagain.TheO/DOffindicatorlightwillnolongerbeilluminated.
Whenyoushutoffandre-startyourvehicle,thetransmissionwill
automaticallyreturntonormal
(Overdrive)mode.
Foradditionalinformationaboutthegearshiftleverandthetransmission
controlswitchoperationrefertotheAutomaticTransmission
OperationsectionoftheDrivingchapter.
BED EXTENDER (IF EQUIPPED)
Yourvehiclemaybeequippedwithabedextenderdesignedtoextend
thepickupboxforlargerloads.
Toextendthebedextender:

Pulltheleveroneachsideof
thebedextendertoreleaseit
fromthepickupbox.

Evenlypushdownonthebed
extenderandpushtheleverin

Tostowthebedextender,follow
stepsonethroughfourinreverse
order.
Thebedextendermaybeusedto
securealoadofupto100lb.
