vehiclesismoving.Adjustingthedriver’sseatwhilethevehicle
ismovingisdangerous.Thedrivercouldlosecontrolofthe
vehicleandhaveanaccident.Adjustthedriver’sseatonlywhen
thevehicleisstopped.
