WARNING: Neveradjustthedriver’sseatorseatbackwhenthe
vehicleismoving.Theseatcouldslidetoofarleavingyou
unabletooperatevitalcontrolsjustwhenyouneedthem.
WARNING: Alwaysdriveandridewithyourseatbackupright
andthelapbeltsnugandlowacrossthehips.Sittingina
reclinedpositionwhilethevehicleismovingisdangerous
becauseyoucannotgetthefullprotectionfromseatbelts.
Duringsuddenbrakingoracollision,youcanslideunderthe
lapbeltandsufferseriousinternalinjuries.Formaximum
protection,sitwellbackandupright.Thelapportionofthe
seatbeltworntoohighisdangerous.Inacollision,thiswould
concentratetheimpactforcedirectlyontheabdominalarea,
causingseriousinjury.Wearthelapportionofthebeltsnugly
andaslowaspossible.
WARNING: Thepassengersittingimproperlyoutofpositionor
withtheseatbackreclinedtoofarcantakeoffweightfromthe
seatcushionandaffectthedecisionofthefrontpassenger
sensingsystem,resultinginseriousinjuryordeathinacrash.
Alwayssituprightagainstyourseatback,withyourfeetonthe
floor.
Liftthereleasebartomoveseat
forwardorbackward.Ensurethat
theseatislockedintoplace.
