Useonlyinanemergencytowarntrafficofvehiclebreakdown,
approachingdanger,etc.Thehazardflasherscanbeoperatedwhenthe
ignitionisoff.

column.
Depresshazardlightscontrolto
activateallhazardflashers
simultaneously.
Depresscontrolagaintoturnthe
flashersoff.
FUEL PUMP SHUT-OFF SWITCH
Iftheenginecranksbutdoesnotstartafteracollision,thefuelpump
shut-offswitchmayhavebeenactivated.The‘‘FuelReset’’indicatorlight
willilluminateintheinstrumentcluster.Theshut-offswitchisadevice
intendedtostoptheelectricfuelpumpwhenyourvehiclehasbeen
involvedinasubstantialjolt.

TurntheignitionswitchtotheOFFposition.
Checkthefuelsystemforleaks.
Ifnofuelleakisapparent,resetthefuelpumpshut-offswitchby
pushinginthebuttonontheswitch.

TurntheignitionswitchtotheONposition.Pauseforafewseconds
andreturnthekeytotheOFFposition.
5.
Makeafurthercheckforleaksinthefuelsystem.
