fromthe1(OFF/LOCK)positiontothe3(ON)position(maintain
ignitioninthe3(ON)positionforatleastonesecondbutnomorethan
tenseconds).

Turntheignitionfromthe3(ON)positionbacktothe1(OFF/LOCK)
positioninordertoremovethesecondcodedkeyfromtheignition.
5.
Within10secondsofremovingthesecondcodedkey,insertthenew
unprogrammedkey(newkey/valetkey)intotheignitionandturnthe
ignitionfromthe1(OFF/LOCK)positiontothe3(ON)position
(maintainignitioninthe3(ON)positionforatleastonesecond,butno
morethantenseconds).Thisstepwillprogramyournewkeytoacoded
key.
6.
Toprogramadditionalnewunprogrammedkey(s),repeatSteps1
through5.
Ifsuccessful,thenewcodedkey(s)willstartthevehicle’sengineandthe
theftindicatorwillilluminateforthreesecondsandthengoout.
Ifnotsuccessful,thenewcodedkey(s)willnotstartthevehicle’sengine
andthetheftindicatorwillflashonandoffandyoumayrepeatSteps1
through5.Iffailurerepeats,bringyourvehicletoyourauthorizeddealer
tohavethenewsparekey(s)programmed.
