Whileholdingthewebbingbelow
thetongue,graspthetip(metal
portion)ofthetonguesothatitis
paralleltothewebbingandslidethe
tongueupward.

Provideenoughlapbeltlengthsothatthetonguecanreachthe
buckle.

Makesurethetongueissecurelyfastenedtothebucklebypullingon

Thelapbeltshouldfitsnuglyandaslowaspossiblearoundthe
hips,notacrossthewaist.
Frontandrearseatoccupants,includingpregnantwomen,
shouldwearsafetybeltsforoptimumprotectioninanaccident.
