If you activate the washer while the windshield wiper
controlisinthedelayrange,thewiperswilloperatefor
twowipecyclesafterreleasingtheleverandthenresume
theintermittentintervalpreviouslyselected.
WARNING!
Sudden loss of visibility through the windshield
could lead to an accident. You might not see other
vehiclesorotherobstacles.Toavoidsuddenicingof
the windshield during freezing weather, warm the
windshield with the defroster before and during
windshieldwasheruse.
Ifturnedyouactivateoff,thethewiperswasherwillwhileoperatetheforwindshieldthreewipewipercyclesis   3
andthenturnoff.
Headlights On with Wipers (Available  with Auto
Headlights Only)
Mist Feature
Lightlypushthemultifunctionleverinward(towardthe
steeringcolumn)toactivateasinglewipecycletoclear
offroadmistorsprayfromapassingvehicle.Thewipers
willcontinuetooperateuntilyoureleasethemultifunc-
tionlever.
When this feature is active, the headlights will turn on
approximately10secondsafterthewipersareturnedon
iftheheadlightswitchisplacedintheAUTOposition.In
addition,theheadlightswillturnoffwhenthewipersare
turnedoffiftheywereturnedonbythisfeature.
Windshield Washers
TheHeadlightsOnwithWipersfeaturecanbeturnedon
oroffthroughtheElectronicVehicleInformationCenter
(EVIC) (if equipped). Refer to ”Headlights On with
Tousethewasher,pushthemultifunctionleverinward
completely(towardthesteeringcolumn)andholditfor
aslongaswashersprayisdesired.
