While ACC is set, the set speed can be decreased by
pushing and holding the lever down (SET/DECEL). If
theleveriscontinuallyheld,thesetspeedwillcontinue
todecreasein5mph(10km/h)incrementsuntilthelever
is released. The decrease in set speed is reflected in the
EVICdisplay.
WARNING!
The Resume function should only be used if traffic
and road conditions permit. Resuming a set speed
thatistoohighortoolowforprevailingtrafficand
roadconditionscouldcausethevehicletoaccelerate
or decelerate too sharply for safe operation. This
couldcauseanaccidentand/orseriousinjury.

Tapping the lever down once will result in a 1 mph
(1
km/h) decrease in set speed. Each subsequent tap of
theleverresultsinadecreaseof1mph(1km/h).
To Vary the Speed Setting
WhileACCisset,youcanincreasethesetspeedbylifting
andholdingtheleverup(RESUME/ACCEL).Ifthelever
iscontinuallyheld,thesetspeedwillcontinuetoincrease
in5mph(10km/h)incrementsuntiltheleverisreleased.
TheincreaseinsetspeedisreflectedintheEVICdisplay.
NOTE:
• brakingWhen youpowerusedoesthe levernotslowto decelerate,thevehicleifsufficientlythe engine’sto
reach the set speed, the brake system will automati-
callyslowthevehicle.
Tappingtheleveruponcewillresultina1mph(1km/h)
increase in set speed. Each subsequent tap of the lever
resultsinanincreaseof1mph(1km/h).
