PushandreleasetheON/OFF/MODEbuttonlocatedon
theendofthespeedcontrollever.TheACCmenuinthe
EVICdisplays“ACCREADY.”
Leaving the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) system
onwhennotinuseisdangerous.Youcouldacciden-
tallysetthesystemorcauseittogofasterthanyou
want. You could lose control and have an accident.
Alwaysleavethesystemoffwhenyouarenotusing
it.
To Set a Desired Acc Speed
When the vehicle reaches the speed desired, push the
lever downward (SET/DECEL) and release. The EVIC
willdisplaythesetspeed.
ToturnthesystemOFF,pushandreleasetheON/OFF/
MODEbuttonagain.Atthistime,thesystemwillturnoff
andtheEVICwilldisplay“CRUISEOFF.”
