rumble,grunting,orgrindingnoiseafterstartupandwhendrivingoff.
WhenaneventoccursthatactivatesAdvanceTracwithRSC,youmay

Aslightdecelerationofthevehicle
Thestabilitycontrollightwillflash.
Avibrationinthepedalwhenyourfootisonthebrakepedal
Ifthedrivingconditionissevereandyourfootisnotonthebrake,the
brakepedalmaymoveasthesystemsapplieshigherbrakeforces.You
mayalsohearawhooshofairfromundertheinstrumentpanelduring
thisseverecondition.

Thebrakepedalmayfeelstifferthanusual.
Tractioncontrol(TCS)
Tractioncontrolisadriveraidfeaturethathelpsyourvehiclemaintain
tractionofthewheels,typicallywhendrivingonslipperyand/orhilly
roadsurfaces,bydetectingandcontrollingwheelspin.
Excessivewheelspiniscontrolledintwoways,whichmaywork
separatelyorintandem:enginetractioncontrolandbraketraction
control.Enginetractioncontrolworkstolimitdrive-wheelspinby
momentarilyreducingenginepower.Braketractioncontrolworkstolimit
wheelspinbymomentarilyapplyingthebrakestothewheelthatis
slipping.Tractioncontrolismostactiveatlowspeeds.
Duringtractioncontrolevents,thestabilitycontrollightinthe
instrumentclusterwillflash.
Ifthetractioncontrolsystemisactivatedexcessivelyinashortperiodof
time,thebrakingportionofthesystemmaybecometemporarilydisabled
toallowthebrakestocooldown.Inthissituation,tractioncontrolwill
useonlyenginepowerreductionortransfertohelpcontrolthewheels
fromover-spinning.Whenthebrakeshavecooleddown,thesystemwill
regainallfeatures.Anti-lockbraking,RSC,andESCarenotaffectedby
thisconditionandwillcontinuetofunctionduringthecool-downperiod.
Theenginetractioncontrolandbraketractioncontrolsystemmaybe
deactivatedincertainsituations.SeetheSwitchingofftractioncontrol

Electronicstabilitycontrol(ESC)
Electronicstabilitycontrol(ESC)mayenhanceyourvehicle’sdirectional
stabilityduringadversemaneuvers,forexamplewhencorneringseverely
