YoursatisfactionisimportanttoFordMotorCompanyandtoyourdealer.
Ifawarrantyconcernhasnotbeenresolvedusingthethree-step
procedureoutlinedonthefirstpageoftheCustomerAssistancesection,
youmaybeeligibletoparticipateintheBBBAUTOLINEprogram.
TheBBBAUTOLINEprogramconsistsoftwoparts–mediationand
arbitration.Duringmediation,arepresentativeoftheBBBwillcontact
bothyouandFordMotorCompanytoexploreoptionsforsettlementof
theclaim.Ifanagreementisnotreachedduringmediationoryoudonot
wanttoparticipateinmediation,andifyourclaimiseligible,youmay
participateinthearbitrationprocess.Anarbitrationhearingwillbe
scheduledsothatyoucanpresentyourcaseinaninformalsetting
beforeanimpartialperson.Thearbitratorwillconsiderthetestimony
providedandmakeadecisionafterthehearing.
DisputessubmittedtotheBBBAUTOLINEprogramareusuallydecided
withinfortydaysafteryoufileyourclaimwiththeBBB.Youarenot
boundbythedecision,andmayrejectthedecisionandproceedtocourt
whereallfindingsoftheBBBAutoLinedispute,anddecision,are
admissibleinthecourtaction.ShouldyouchoosetoaccepttheBBB
AUTOLINEdecision,Fordisthenboundbythedecision,andmust
complywiththedecisionwithin30daysofreceiptofyouracceptance
letter.
BBBAUTOLINEApplication:Usingtheinformationprovidedbelow,
pleasecallorwritetorequestaprogramapplication.Youwillbeasked
foryournameandaddress,generalinformationaboutyournewvehicle,
informationaboutyourwarrantyconcerns,andanystepsyouhave
alreadytakentotrytoresolvethem.ACustomerClaimFormwillbe
mailedthatwillneedtobecompleted,signedandreturnedtotheBBB
alongwithproofofownership.Uponreceipt,theBBBwillreviewthe
claimforeligibilityundertheProgramSummaryGuidelines.
