activate/deactivatethedriverheatedseat.SeeHeatedseatsinthe
SeatingandSafetyRestraintschapter.
Outsidetemperature:Theoutsidetemperaturewillappearinthe
displayandislabeledEXTTEMP.
Temperatureconversion:ToswitchbetweenFahrenheitandCelsius,if
yourvehicleisequippedwithamessagecenter,refertotheMessage
centersectionoftheInstrumentClusterchapter.

Toreducefogbuild-uponthewindshieldduringhumidweather,

Toreducehumiditybuild-upinsidethevehicle,donotdrivewiththe

airdistributionsettingthatisselected.
Duringextremehighambienttemperatureswhenidlingstationaryfor
extendedperiodsoftimeingear,itisrecommendedtoruntheA/Cin
theMAXA/Cposition,reduceblowerfanspeedfromthehighestsetting
andputthevehicle’stransmissionintotheP(Park)gearposition(for
automatictransmissions)tocontinuetoreceivecoolairfromyourA/C
system.
