Thelapbeltwilladjustautomatically.Tofasten,graspthetongue,and
withacontinuousmotion,pulloutenoughwebbingtobucklethetongue
intothecorrectbuckle.Ifyoudidnotpulloutenoughwebbingtoreach
thebuckle,allowthetonguetoretractfullybeforetryingtopullitout
again.
Thelapbeltshouldfitsnuglyandaslowaspossiblearoundthe
hips,notacrossthewaist.
Ifyouneedtolengthenthebelt,unfastenitandrepeattheprocedure
above.
Tounfastenthebelt,pushinthereleasebuttonpriortoopeningtherear
door.
Safety belt extension assembly
Ifthesafetybeltistooshortwhenfullyextended,thereisa20cm
(8
inch)safetybeltextensionassemblythatcanbeadded(partnumber
611C22).
Thisassemblycanbeobtainedfromyourdealeratnocost.
Useonlyextensionsmanufacturedbythesamesupplierasthesafety
belt.Manufactureridentificationislocatedattheendofthewebbingon
thelabel.Also,usethesafetybeltextensiononlyifthesafetybeltistoo
shortforyouwhenfullyextended.
Donotuseextensionstochangethefitoftheshoulderbeltacrossthe
torso.

Thesafetybeltwarninglightilluminatesintheinstrumentclusteranda
chimesoundstoremindtheoccupantstofastentheirsafetybelts.
