needlewillbeinthenormalrange
(theareabetweenthe“L”and“H”);
iftheneedlegoesbelowthenormal
range,stopthevehicleassoonas
safelypossibleandswitchoffthe
engineimmediately.Checktheoil
level.Addoilifneeded(referto
EngineoilintheMaintenance

andspecificationschapter).Iftheoilleveliscorrect,haveyourvehicle
checkedatyourdealershiporbyaqualifiedtechnician.
Battery voltage gauge
Indicatesbatteryvoltage.Ifthe
pointermovesandstaysoutsidethe
normaloperatingrange,havethe
vehicle’selectricalsystemchecked
assoonaspossible.

Fuel gauge
Displaysapproximatelyhowmuch
fuelisinthefueltank.Thefuel
gaugemayvaryslightlywhenthe
vehicleisinmotionoronagrade.
Whenrefuelingthevehiclefrom
emptyindication,theamountoffuel
thatcanbeaddedwillbelessthan
theadvertisedcapacityduetothe
reservefuel.
TheFUELDOORiconandarrowindicateswhichsideofthevehiclethe
fuelfillerdoorislocated.
