wearoutquicklyandreducefuel

Yourvehicleisequippedwithpowersteering.Powersteeringusesenergy
fromtheenginetodecreasethedriverseffortinsteeringthevehicle.
Topreventdamagetothepowersteeringpump:
Neverholdthesteeringwheeltotheextremerightortheextremeleft
formorethanafewsecondswhentheengineisrunning.
Donotoperatethevehiclewiththepowersteeringpumpfluidlevel
belowtheMINmarkonthereservoir.
Ifthepowersteeringsystembreaksdown(oriftheengineisturned
off),youcansteerthevehiclemanually,butittakesmoreeffort.
Ifthesteeringwandersorpulls,checkfor:
Underinflatedtire(s)onanywheel(s)
Unevenvehicleloading
Highcrownincenterofroad
Highcrosswinds
Wheelsoutofalignment
Looseorwornsuspensioncomponents
TRACTION-LOK AXLE (IF EQUIPPED)
Thisaxleprovidesaddedtractiononslipperysurfaces,particularlywhen
onewheelisonapoortractionsurface.Undernormalconditions,the
Traction-Lokaxlefunctionslikeastandardrearaxle.
Extendeduseofotherthanthemanufacturersspecifiedsizetiresona
Traction-Lokrearaxlecouldresultinapermanentreductionin
effectiveness.Thislossofeffectivenessdoesnotaffectnormaldriving
andshouldnotbenoticeabletothedriver.
