Replacethetireswhenthewear
bandisvisiblethroughthetire
treads.Duetoexposuretothe
elementsandexhaustyoushould
replacethesparetirewhenyou
replacetheothertires.
Whenreplacingfullsizetires,nevermixradialbias-belted,or
bias-typetires.Useonlythetiresizesthatarelistedonthe
CertificationLabel.Makesurethatalltiresarethesamesize,speed
rating,andload-carryingcapacity.Useonlythetirecombinations
recommendedonthelabel.Ifyoudonotfollowtheseprecautions,
yourvehiclehandlingmaybeaffectedwhichcanleadtolossofvehicle
control,vehiclerolloverand/orpersonalinjury.
Makesurethatallreplacementtiresareofthesamesize,type,
speedrating,load-carryingcapacityandtreaddesign(e.g.,“All
Terrain”,“Touring”,etc.),asoriginallyofferedbyFord.
Donotreplaceyourtireswith“highperformance”tiresorlarger
sizetires.
Failuretofollowtheseprecautions,yourvehiclehandlingmaybe
adverselyeffectedwhichcanleadtolossofvehiclecontrol,
vehiclerolloverand/orpersonalinjury.
Tiresthatarelargerorsmallerthanyourvehicle’soriginaltiresmayalso
affecttheaccuracyofyourspeedometer.
