Toinstallthenewbulb:
Handleahalogenheadlampbulbcarefullyandkeepoutof
children’sreach.Graspthebulbonlybyitsplasticbaseanddo
nottouchtheglass.Theoilfromyourhandcouldcausethebulbto
breakthenexttimetheheadlampsareoperated.

Withtheflatsideofthebulb’splasticbasefacingupward,insertthe
glassendofthebulbintothelampassembly.Youmayneedtoturnthe
bulbleftorrighttoalignthegroovesintheplasticbasewiththetabsin
thelampassembly.Whenthegroovesarealigned,pushthebulbintothe
lampassemblyuntiltheplasticbasecontactstherearofthelamp
assembly.

Installthebulbretainingringovertheplasticbaseuntilitcontactsthe
rearofthesocketbyrotatingclockwiseuntilyoufeela“stop.”

Installtheelectricalconnectorintotheplasticbaseuntilitsnaps,
lockingitintoposition.
4.
Installtheheadlamponvehicle,pushrearwardandsecurewithtwo
retainerpins.

headlampwascorrectlyalignedbeforeyouchangedthebulb,youshould
notneedtoalignitagain.
Installthecoverwithtwoscrews(ifequipped).
Turntheheadlampsonandmakesuretheyworkproperly.Ifthe
Replacingfrontsidemarkerbulbs

Turntheheadlampswitchtothe
OFFpositionandthenopenthe
hood.
2.
Removetwoscrewsandcover(if
equipped).
3.
Atthebackoftheheadlamp,pry
upthetworetainerpinstorelease
theheadlampassemblyfromthe
vehicleandpullheadlampforward.
