glovebox.Movetheadvanced keyto
anotherplace,switchtheignitionoff,and
thenrestarttheengine.
Mazdacannotguaranteetheimmobilizer
system'soperationifthesystemhasbeen
modifiedorifanyadd-onequipmenthas
beeninstalled.
CAUTION
SignalsfromaTVorradiostation,orfrom
Toavoiddamagetoyourvehicle,do
notmodifythesystemorinstallany
add-onequipmenttotheimmobilizer
systemorthevehicle.

atransceiveroramobiletelephone could
interferewithyourimmobilizer system.If
youareusingtheproperadvanced keyand
theenginefailstostart,checkthesecurity
indicatorlight.Iftheindicatorlightis
flashing,switchtheignitiontoACCoroff
andwaitforawhile,thenrestartthe
engine.Ifitdoesnotstartafter3ormore
tries,contactanAuthorized MazdaDealer.
Ifthesecurityindicatorlightflashes

continuously whileyouaredriving,donot
shutofftheengine.GotoanAuthorized
MazdaDealerandhaveitchecked.Ifthe
engineisshutoffwhiletheindicator lightis
flashing,youwillnotbeabletorestartit.
Sincetheelectroniccodesareresetwhen
l
repairingtheimmobilizer system,the
advanced key(including auxiliary key)are
needed.Bringalltheadvanced keys
(including auxiliarykeys)toanAuthorized
MazdaDealer.
