NOTE
Inspectthisfunctionbeforeeachuseofthe
child-restraint system.Youshouldnotbeable
topulltheshoulderbeltoutoftheretractor
whilethesystemisintheautomatic locking
mode.Whenyouremovethechild-restraint
system,besurethebeltfullyretractstoreturn
thesystemtoemergencylockingmodebefore
occupants usetheseatbelts.

Ifyourchild-restraintsystemrequires
theuseofatetherstrap,refertothe
manufacturer'sinstructionstohookand
tightenthetetherstrap(exceptcenter
position).

intothevehicleseat.Besurethebelt
retractsassnuglyaspossible.A
clickingnoisefromtheretractorwillbe
heardduringretractionifthesystemis
intheautomaticlockingmode.Ifthe
beltdoesnotlocktheseatdowntight,
repeatthisstep.
