3. Turnthesocketandbulbassemblyto
removeit.Carefullyremovethebulb
fromitssocketinthereflectorby
gentlypullingitstraightbackwardout
ofthesocket.
1.
Turnthebolt,thescrewsandthecenter
sectionoftheplasticretainers
counterclockwiseandremovethem,
thenpartiallypeelbackthemudguard.

Installthenewbulbinthereverseorder
ofremoval.
2.
Disconnecttheelectricalconnector
fromthebulbbypressingthetabon
theconnectorwithyourfingerand
pullingtheconnectordownward.
NOTE
Toreplacethebulb,contactanAuthorized
l
MazdaDealer.
Ifthehalogenbulbisaccidentally touched,
itshouldbecleanedwithrubbingalcohol
beforebeingused.
l
Usetheprotectivecoverandcartonforthe
replacement bulbtodisposeoftheoldbulb
promptlyandoutofthereachofchildren.
l
Frontsidemarkerlights
1.
Ifyouarechangingtheleftside-maker
light,starttheengine,turnthesteering
wheelallthewaytotheright,andturn
offtheengine.Ifyouarechangingthe
rightside-makerlight,turnthesteering
wheeltotheleft.
2.
Turnthescrewscounterclockwiseand
removethem.
