Thetirepressuremonitoringsystem(TPMS)monitorsthepressureforeachtire.
Iftirepressureistoolowinoneormoretires,thesystemwillinformthedriverviathe
warninglightintheinstrumentpanelandbythewarningbeepsound.
Thetirepressuresensorsinstalledoneachwheelsendtirepressuredatabyradiosignalto
thereceiverunitinthevehicle.

NOTE
Whentheambienttemperature  islowduetoseasonalchanges,tiretemperatures    arealsolower.
Whenthetiretemperature  decreases,theairpressuredecreasesaswell.TheTPMSwarninglight
mayilluminate morefrequently.Visuallyinspectthetiresdailybeforedriving,andchecktire
pressuresmonthlywithatirepressuregauge.Whencheckingtirepressures,useofadigitaltire
pressuregaugeisrecommended.
TPMSdoesnotalleviateyourneedtocheckthepressureandconditionofallfourtires
regularly.
