terminalofthebatterytobejumped.Asparkmaycausean
explosionofthegasesthatsurroundthebattery.

Ensurethatthecablesareclearoffanblades,belts,movingpartsof
bothengines,oranyfueldeliverysystemparts.
Jump starting
1.
Starttheengineoftheboostervehicleandruntheengineat
moderatelyincreasedspeed.
2.

Starttheengineofthedisabledvehicle.
Oncethedisabledvehiclehasbeenstarted,runbothenginesforan
additionalthreeminutesbeforedisconnectingthejumpercables.
Removing the jumper cables
Removethejumpercablesinthereverseorderthattheywere
connected.

Removethejumpercablefromthegroundmetalsurface.
